When I worked for the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation, the State would send us to conferences from time to time. This is me at one of them either in the late 1970s or in the early 1980s. Look at the hair and the side burns. I think those were the days when I sprayed my hair. I stopped that because I was kidded too much, because when I touched my hair on one side, the other side moved as well. And, did I just eat a lemon or what?
